I provide online and face to face sessions for both long term and short term psychotherapy.
For UK based clients and other EU clients I only offer online sessions.
Therapy consultations are in English and/or Czech language.

How do I work?
Methods of increasing awareness
When we exclude parts of ourselves, we might feel incomplete, lost or frustrated.
As a Gestalt psychotherapist, I aim to increase awareness by focusing on the present experience through your feelings, thoughts and senses, your connection with your body, as well as your ways of relating to others.
I also see myself as a guide who will support you and guide you through this process.
The body’s natural wisdom
I believe that in our bodies, natural wisdom is kept.
When we deepen our connection with our bodies, we learn more about ourselves.
I have found that working with the body is a key to healing ourselves and our traumas.
It allows us to release unprocessed emotions and ultimately be happier with our authentic self.

A journey of self exploration
To gain a better understanding of ourselves, it is sometimes necessary to embark on a journey of self exploration.
As awareness increases, we can open up to the possibility of experiencing and feeling compassion for the aspects of ourselves we find hardest to accept and ultimately aid in self healing/integration.
This process thus helps us to become more whole ourselves, thereby healing and giving us relief.
