COUNSELLING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY

I provide online and face to face sessions for both long term and short term psychotherapy.

For UK based clients and other EU clients I only offer online sessions.

Therapy consultations are in English and/or Czech language.

When we exclude parts of ourselves, we might feel incomplete, lost or frustrated.

As a Gestalt psychotherapist, I aim to increase awareness by focusing on the present experience through your feelings, thoughts and senses, your connection with your body, as well as your ways of relating to others.

As awareness increases, we can open up to the possibility of experiencing and feeling compassion for the aspects of ourselves we find hardest to accept and ultimately aid in self healing/integration.

I believe that in our bodies, natural wisdom is kept.

I have found that working with the body is a key to healing ourselves and our traumas.

In my work, I sometimes incorporate methods of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and the Soul Integration™ process by The THEO Group, Inc.These approaches support to find and gently engage with our wounded, suppressed, unconscious, or disowned inner parts.

Such depth-oriented processes focus on understanding, validating, and re-owning aspects of ourselves.

This type of inner work allows us to release unprocessed emotions with awareness, notice more relief and become happier with our authentic self. Thanks to this work we can also find our gifts.
