ABOUT ME

Hello, I am Lenka and it’s a wonderful opportunity to connect with you here. After 11 years of living and studying in the UK, I am now back living in my homeland, the Czech Republic.

I was drawn to Gestalt psychotherapy because of its integrative approach, which I experienced as a way to explore my spiritual path while deepening my awareness of my emotions, feelings, and my relationship with myself and others.

My therapeutic training, together with my ongoing inner work, has assisted me in becoming more whole and connected with myself. This allows me to engage with my emotions and relationships with greater presence, understanding, and compassion.

I am continually learning by remaining curious and drawing insights from life experiences and interactions with others. Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time in nature, travelling to new places, exploring various meditation practices, and working with Oracle cards.

I am here to support you on your own unique journey of self-discovery and integration.

I have been in private practice since 2017.

See more about me on LinkedIn, do not hesitate to contact me here.
